Sauna Rituals for Connection, Regulation & Renewal
Guided sauna rituals with heat, breath, scent and sound, in Stockholm and beyond.
What is a sauna ritual?
Leave calmer, more connected and fully present.
A sauna ritual is a guided wellness experience rooted in Scandinavian sauna culture. Participants experience a combination of sauna, cold immersions, aromatherapy, and breathwork. A session lasts about 60 minutes: three rounds of heat of around 10 minutes each, with breathwork between rounds and an optional dip in the cold plunge.

“In a room full of people at different levels of experience and mindsets, she manages to accommodate everyone's needs. She pushes those who want to go harder and gives options for those who want to have an easier time. Either way, I always end up feeling relaxed and more present.”

“Anabela has such a beautiful way of holding space: professional, warm, charming, and making you feel safe enough to let go. With breathwork, sauna and cold plunge, she guided me from feeling stuck in my head to reconnecting inwards, filling up with new fire and energy. I left feeling SO alive!”

I've guided groups from 6 to 100 people. The size of the sauna sets the limit, and I'll help you plan around it.
