About Me

Hi, I’m Anabela. I grew up in Argentina, where I built what many would consider a successful life. I went to university, built a career, I had a house and a car, and helped support my family financially throughout my twenties.

From the outside, I was doing everything I had been taught to do. Get a degree or two. Make money, build status, etc…. By society's standards, I was on the right path.

Yet beneath everything I had built, I was deeply disconnected from myself. I lived with depression, struggled with eating disorders, overthinking, and a relentless inner critic. I could understand my patterns intellectually, but understanding them wasn't enough to change them.

As I made the decision to find myself, to discover my Dharma and finally feel okay, My travels began. I spent years traveling the world, living in different countries, studying yoga, meditation, breathwork, energy work, and countless approaches to healing and personal development.

At the time, I believed I was searching for answers somewhere out there. Today I understand that what I was really searching for could never be found on a map.

It was an inner journey. Yet I wouldn't change those years for anything.

Travel stripped away everything familiar—my identity, routines, achievements, and expectations. It invited me to rebuild myself, not from who I thought I should be, but from the choices I made, the people I met, the places that shaped me, and the deeper questions I finally had the courage to ask.

Then I moved to Sweden.

For the first time in years, I stopped living like a nomad. I slowed down. I met the long winters, the silence, the forests, the water, and the discomfort of finally being still.

A heartbreak became another turning point.

In the depth of that pain, I experienced a powerful inner awakening. It felt like energy rising through my body, followed by a clarity I had never known before. I could suddenly see the patterns I had been living inside — the attachment, the fear, the people-pleasing, the trauma, the ways I had abandoned myself in search of love.

That moment didn’t magically heal everything. But it showed me the truth. And from there, the real healing began.

Later, I found the sauna.

What began as a way to survive Swedish winters became one of my deepest teachers. In the sauna, I discovered how to bring together everything I had gathered over the years: breathwork, meditation, energy work, inquiry, sound, heat, cold, and stillness.

The combination of breath, heat, and cold taught my nervous system something my mind could never force: how to shift mind state and how to feel EMBODY.

Today, this is the foundation of my work.

I guide individuals, groups, and organizations through breathwork, somatic coaching, sauna rituals, and nervous system education to help them expand their capacity for life.

Because I believe most people are not limited by their potential. They are limited by their capacity to hold what they truly want. More love. More purpose. More intimacy. More visibility. More uncertainty. More joy.

And that capacity is not built by thinking harder. It is built in the body.

This is the belief I will stand for in everything I create: The body is where capacity is built.

Every breath, every moment of presence, every difficult emotion we allow ourselves to feel expands our ability to meet life with greater resilience, compassion, and freedom.

My work isn't about helping you become someone new. It's about helping you remember the person you've always been beneath the survival patterns.

Because when your capacity expands, your life expands with it.
